This is an observation and analysis using an electron microscope equipped with a wavelength dispersive X-ray spectrometer (WDS or WDX). It allows for the observation of microstructural areas on the order of micrometers. Additionally, it enables surface analysis to analyze the distribution of elements in the observation area and precise quantitative chemical analysis through point analysis.
